A working environment

Equipment and engine movement is relatively straightforward and is one of the most frequent tasks we undertake. However, no customer can afford the job to stop or certainly not for any length of time so at A&S we work very closely with our clients in ensuring we have taken the time element into consideration and of course the associated costs.

Clearly this will always be done with Health & Safety at the forefront of our thoughts and we use our experience and knowledge to provide a method that allows the efficient and effective removal of equipment with minimal disruption to our clients day to day operations.

It can be seen from the photos attached that this can be done Safely using the largest of equipment with the minimum amount of space.

Size isn’t everything

A&S is a small size business with huge capabilities. As a privately owned business we always state we are small enough to care and big enough to cope. However cope is the wrong terms as we don’t cope we manage !

At A&S we manage your projects no matter the size or the complications. Size was definitely the order of the day recently when we undertook a generator move from Didcot to Thurrock for Cummins UK and we used our old friends at J B Rawcliffe & Sons to support this move.

To attempt to put this into perspective you can see our escort vehicle sitting alongside the unit.

A&S take the whole project on, we plan the entire project removal, movement and re-installation no matter the size or location and we are “here to help”. As you can see from this project, if our equipment isn’t suitable for the specific job we have the knowledge and experience and the network of contacts to get the job done right first time.
