Covid-19 Update

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic and following government advice, A and S Plant Services have scaled down our services and suspended all non-essential operations.

We are operating a skeleton workforce in order to do everything we can to provide critical support and are still contactable by email or phone.

Helping one of our valued customers to support Pride

Whether it’s a contract lift, heavy haulage or a comprehensive solution to a complex large-scale project, A and S Plant Services provides support to its clients’ most challenging enterprises.

But we are also here to help our customers with some of their more ad hoc and diverse needs. Here we are delivering and installing a Pride flagpole for one of our valued customers.

Building for the future

Environmental impact is always something to be considered in business planning in the modern world and at A&S we pride ourselves on being as forward thinking and proactive as is possible.

With this in mind A&S are proud to introduce the latest member of the A&S Fleet in the shape of the Scania R500 with Fassi F660 Crane. This investment ensures A&S is meeting the current minimum emission standards with this unit.

Offering further flexibility to our business fleet ensuring we remain able and willing to support our growing portfolio of clients needs.

Lifting in a working environment

Equipment and engine movement is relatively straightforward and is one of the most frequent tasks we undertake. However, no customer can afford the job to stop or certainly not for any length of time so at A&S we work very closely with our clients in ensuring we have taken the time element into consideration and of course the associated costs.

Clearly this will always be done with Health & Safety at the forefront of our thoughts and we use our experience and knowledge to provide a method that allows the efficient and effective removal of equipment with minimal disruption to our clients day to day operations.

It can be seen from the photos attached that this can be done Safely using the largest of equipment with the minimum amount of space.
